Apartment 2

The attic apartment is about 60 m² big. It is located on the 3rd floor and consists of 2 bedrooms facing the street with soundproof windows and a large living/dining area with all-wood kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sink, cabinets).
One bedroom contains a double bed with wardrobe, the other a single bed. The dining area (with pull-out sofa and TV) is located in the large living room by a three-panel door leading to a glass-covered loggia facing the quiet courtyard. The bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) has natural light. The floor is made of light maple parquet.

An internet connection (WLAN) is provided. Kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.

In the courtyard there is a washing machine room, bicycle storage and a landscaped seating area.
